Quick, efficient, and friendly. Also, the WC was very clean.
As I entetered, to order some food, one of the employes says, o you the one that complained about the buffalo chicken. This one... person who says she had worked at this location for 7 years has been rude and uncompromising, to her commitment to deliver badservice to me. Instead of apologizing or in anyway make things right she's goes into explaining why I'm wrong and she's right. Idon't care I just came to get food, and talk with her boss. Since their has been no response yet, Just a fair warning to othercustomers, apparently you should know how to make all the sandwiches in the menu. Read more

If I could give zero Stars I would I just left this location my child ordered a kids meal and walked out with just a sandwich... when I went in to ask them why she didn't get her drink and applesauce the lady became argumentative that she didn't ask foranything to come with her meal but kids meals automatically come with something even when I pointed this out to her on the menushe continued to argue with me printed my receipt trying to show it to me as if I did not know what my child had just paid for Iwould not suggest ever going to this location pick one of the other two in Vernon Read more
I haven't been to Subway in years because of the controversy of the tuna and fact that the people behind the counter seemed... rather shady at the franchise I had gone to. But I felt today okay I'll give it a chance and I went on the website and decidedI'll go there in person and pick up the food. When I got there they hadn't heard of any of the menu items that I saw on theirwebsite which I thought was really bizarre. I was told they can make what I wanted so I gave them a list of things I wanted onmy sandwich and my $7 sandwich morphed into almost $17. I wasn't told that certain items that I had chosen what have anadditional charge. Think $17 for a sandwich is rather pricey so I guess I won't be going back here again Read more
Great team that works here! They always do their best to make sure our food is on time (when ordering on the app, which is much... better than having to wait in line), and are very friendly and positive. Our orders are always correct and they do their best toaccommodate if they're out of a particular ingredient. They've done a great job adapting to the COVID pandemic and were one ofthe few restaurants that were open for take-out when the state allowed it. My only wish is that they were one of the stores thathonors the $5 foot long deals that are advertised. Read more
Excellent service, the sandwich was so fresh, I barely had to wait during rather lunch rush to order. Vaishali made the... sandwich perfectly to what I ordered and made it a fun experience. Visited 10/18 20 min before closing. We were greeted with attitude right away. 1 12" and 1 6" w chips and drink rang out to 36... dollars. Was denied receipt!!! If a sandwich shop is open till 9 you should be able to grab food at 8:45... They had door lockedbehind us at 8:50. Read more
