All I have to say is this Dunkin needs a whole new crew or more training. The manager clearly does not now how to manage a... store. I asked if they had bananas they did not, I ordered the new brown sugar cookie cold brew cold foam drink and it was notprepared the correct way. Wrong cold foam no cookie crumbles on top and I received a lid for a straw. Once I also ordered asausage egg and cheese and it came with no sausage. Honestly I?ve been here plenty of times and I was always kind and hadpatience with the staff. But no matter what time of day you go there they never get your order right. It?s actually terrible. It was great when they first re-opened. Now some of the people that they've hired can't seem to get the orders correct. I mean,... at all...even after repeating an order of only 2 or 3 things 5 times!! Then when I would go inside to correct, I would get"Honey-ed" to death. Now I just drive to the DD in Franklin across from Walgreens. They are awesome, nice, always smiling andpleasant. Never get an order wrong. Read more

I just went to the New and improved D , in Vernon . The place was nicely done . BUT the selection of Donuts WERE HORRIBLE. The... setup of Donuts and other selections were on two sides of the store .The old setup you saw ALL the variety of donuts and moreRight in front you . It gave you a great selection to see immediately . WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THE WAY IT WAS DONE . Unless theywant to sell other items more then donuts . Probably will go the other store near by , hopefully they will sell a BIGGERVARIETY ( SELECTION) of Donuts . By the way I went at 3:15 pm and the racks were short of supply. I've been a customer at this location for more than 20 years and I always liked going in , but in the last 6 months I started... hating it. The morning staff is absolutely horrible, rude , lazy, dirty . This morning it just topped it all, when I told thegirl behind the counter that my coffee is not right, I was told to go make my coffee at home if I don't like it. I guess thisDunkin doesn't need customers, there are plenty more Dunkin store in the area, I will take my business somewhere else.
