My friends and I rolled up to the drive-thru around 10pm recently - the car in front of us was idling, and the driver informed... us that we'd need to wait 15 minutes because the restaurant had just received an order for nearly 300 different items. Sureenough, after 15 minutes the staff started shuttling dozens of bags to a car waiting outside. It was triumphant to watch. Majorkudos to the crew that managed to get $500 of TBell out the door before serving us, all with a positive attitude and friendlydemeanor. Everytime iv ordered here iv ordered supreme soft tacos, And paid for them, but more the 3/4 of the time i get normal soft... tacos, and i also would rather eat messy food in the restaurant instead of my car, yet most times iv gone after 4-5pm the insidedining area is closed. Franklin taco bell beats this place hands down. The one time i was able to complain that my soft tacoswerent supreme, because i checked before i left the parking lot, they offered to re fund me the 89¢ per taco or whatever itwas, Franklin comped my meal and replaces the tacos the 1 time they forgot Read more
Ordered 2 taco burrito cravings packs. 16 tacos hard and soft shelled. Requested fire and Diablo sauce. Literally recieved 1..... yes 1 packet of fire sauce. Out of 2 boxes. 16 tacos. 1 packet? Absolutely no supervision. Doors are locked and staff are seen talking in front of the store. Ordered tacos specifically without... lettuce and the request was ignored. Lack of attentiveness is a downside and the cheese in the burrito isn't heated thoroughly. Read more
Every single time is an event. The drive thru wait is insane. Then when we got to window for our 1 item and we mentioned the... wait, we were told we should understand. Apparently the guy in front of us who peeled out in his truck wasn't understandingeither. That's what we get because it's the only taco bell in town. Oh and the burrito was cold as ice. Used to be good, even last summer. It got terrible. I asked for a quesarito and they gave me this. Missing like all of the... things that make it a quesarito lol. It was ice cold and took 20 minutes to make despite there being 5 (rude) teens in there.They also consistently run out of things and it takes forever to get your order in general. They also wouldn?t let me customizesomething last time I was there, and I couldn?t do it on the app bc of their awful wifi. No idea why their dining room is closedeither. I love Taco Bell but this place went downhill. Go to Franklin instead. Read more
