The employees were very rude to both my boyfriend and I. We just wanted a cute date but they gave us this terrible attitude.... When we asked for tapioca balls, they didn’t give it to us. Once they gave us our drink a that we payed for, they said “notour problem” when they got our drinks wrong. We just wanted them to fix it but they gave us dirty looks and rude words. I went last night and the girl working there was so rude and told us they closed at 7 and it says they closed at 8 on the... website. I excepted it at first but then I see her take peoples orders and I went up to order but she told us that she closed at7 again. After a while she took our order with an attitude. Maybe I misunderstood the order but I got a regular Taro and I got a smoothie. That isn't the issue though, I thought about... getting a smoothie and didn't thing that the taro came as one, maybe this is what the regular Taro looks like ???????. Thai tea had no tea flavor, it tasted like a lot of sugar added to powdered milk. The top was foamy, like it was made from... powder and not real tea. The drink was too sweet (it is the sweetest Thai tea I've ever had). The boba pearls were good. Read more

I ordered a bubble tea about an hour after they opened and I was disappointed in the product and the experience. There were a... lot of flies around the shop, the counters and prep spaces weren't very clean, and the workers were disinterested in assistingcustomers. The tapioca pearls in my drink were stale (as if they were yesterday's instead of ones made that day) and the flavorwas poor enough that I wondered if the right proportions of ingredients were used.
