0 Stars, Do not waste your money here. I nicely asked one of the staff to change the gloves before touching my food. While... standing in line, I witnessed the worker touch multiple peoples food that were ahead of me and the surfaces around the stationand was rudely asked When I asked for the gloves to be changed, ?Do you have allergies?? and almost refused to do so, alongwith the other worker who touched money and the register screen then shortly after proceeded to touch someones burrito with thesame gloves on. - That is Cross contamination, Be careful. ???? The food at chipotle is alright,but at the Vernon hills location they were sweeping the floor behind the food station kicking up... dust,with the station uncovered,with customers in line ready to order?Shouldn?t this be done when the restaurant isclosed,customers should not have to wait,and cover the food. Remember 5+ years ago you were unable to finish the burrito most of the time because it was so big? That is no longer the case,... coming by to order 2 burritos after years of Chipotle MIA. I?m a vernon hills resident for years and am so grateful they opened a... new location in Mundelein, the vernon hills location will screw up your order no matter how many times you correct them. So I order the exact same item anytime I go to chipotle and this is by far the worst visit ever, the smallest portions ever and... I added a drink to try the new watermelon limeade(huge sign on the menu made me want to try it) and then I go to fill my drinkand it?s out of stock. I can go to Taco Bell for 4 bucks and get a larger burrito and they will have my drink in stock. I willdefinitely never visit this location again in my life it?s so sad and disappointing like am leaving feeling like I wastedmoney?. Less then a scoop of rice less then a scoop of beans I could literally put two of these burritos I got today into onelike I would normally get. Took forever, dirty restaurant (drink area, floors,????). They tried to make it better with free chips and guacamole (only... reason for 2 stars) but I placed the order at 1045 to be picked up at 11 and didn't leave with food until 11:24. I have had multiple bad experiences with this location. Tonight my burrito was cold, and also had less fillings than usual. This... is the second time I've had a similar issue and it's only happened when I get the food delivered so far. Also I will attach aphoto showing the nasty guac they sent me, it was hard and inedible. They said they will refund my order, but they didn't lasttime I had an issue so I will hold my breath. If you decide to get food here, your best bet is going in person.
