The fresh individual rolls are amazing! But when I asked them to box 6 fresh one?s to take home to my kids and their friends,... the employee and the manager informed me and insisted they would not do so unless I paid six times the individual price.Although they insisted they were made the same, the fresh ones looked bigger with more cinnamon with clear glaze vs pre-packed 6pack of smaller rolls with very milky white glaze. They would not give me the 6-pack price unless I took the smaller coldpre-packaged rolls. They never could explain why, if they?re the same, I couldn?t get 6 fresh ones put in a box. Hubby purchased a box of these... his favorite from times past. The recipe appears to have changed, tasted very different. ... Everyone agreed they tasted doughy, very little cinnamon, the frosting was much thinner than before and left an aftertaste. Read more

One star because the quality was ok. Other then that wouldn't recommend it my daughter and I ate there yesterday and got sick... same night. Don't think cinnabon was fully cooked. Also not to mention the ladies there on shift in the evening weren'tfrisndly, seemed rushed to leave and close. Also refused to make a fresh cinnabon cookie because they were closing soon. Quoteon quote pretty much didn't want to do it. About ten minutes later seen someone pass by with fresh cookie cinnamon. Like come onnow what kind of service is that, if your still open acknowledge the customer it's not like we were getting it free, we aregoing to pay for it. I was in the area and realized I had a birthday offer. Nope the guy said he couldn?t take my coupon because he needed a scanner... then something about my coupon having to be printed.
