Ordered online, paid extra to get waffle cup and cone and didn't get any in my order. Only ice-cream in a plastic cups.... Ice-cream is ok. P.S. my ice-cream was put in a smaller cup and then that cup was placed inside the bigger cup. My ordersupposed to be in a bigger one. So it looks like big cup, but in fact ice-cream is in a smaller one. Read more

Stopped by at Vernon hills location to get kids ice cream. The girl at the counter clearly did not want to be there and do her... job. My six year old son is allergic to dairy and nuts, when I told her to give me dairy free and nut free she took 10 minutesto make a like it size and brought back the wrong ice cream. I understand she might be having a bad day but she needs to do herjob properly. Her tone was very rude and we were the only customers there. Never enter this place 3 minutes before closing, you won?t get the same service. Partly i do understand the pain of working for... few extra minutes but person reaching this late might have also jumped a red light for late night craving. Read more

I visited the Vernon Hills location on 9/3/22 around 9:50-10:10pm. The service from the 3 young employees (who looked to be in... high school) was terrible and unprofessional. When the employee (long black hair) helping us was finished with our ice cream,she grabbed a spoon, poked another employee with the spoon and then proceeded to put the spoon in our ice cream? we lost ourappetites after that. Ice cream was good, service was quick but the employees seemed unenthusiastic. The whole place is covered in sticky ice cream... spills and the bathroom was out of soap. Please remember the importance of cleaning in a shop where people eat. We won?t be backuntil we see improvements made. Read more

Purchased a Tall Dark and Delicious cake through DoorDash. It came and after biting into it we realized it was badly freezer... burnt The outer portion of the cake was crunchy and hard even when thawed. There were also ice crystals inside the cover. Nowthese covers don?t stay on very well so perhaps it opened in their freezer. Mistakes happen. I?ve had other great cakes fromthis location but this time was a misfire. What I?m upset about is the response to the issue! When I called and asked for theManager she told me to come in the next day and get another cake. This is after being placed on hold for awhile. The next day Isent my husband to pick up the new cake and called to let them know he was on his way. After being placed on hold for awhileagain the same girl came on the phone to tell me the owner wants me to bring in the freezer burnt cake or they would notreplace it. They should have asked for that in the beginning and I would have kept the cake and brought it. What if I had justshown up as directed? Fortunately my husband was only halfway there.TERRIBLE SERVICE! Love the waffle cone taste like vanilla and cinnamon. Other than that , I had the sweet cream with oreo combo with peanuts. I... like the way they the employees make the ice cream and smash the ingredients all together, and then place it in the waffle cone. Read more
