While I enjoy the five guys food their burgers are great and their hot dogs, however their prices are outrageous. I don't see... how they can justify a $7 hot dog and $5 for a cup of fries. I bought two hot dogs, one small fry and a small drink, I paid $28!I am not saying their food isn't good but their prices do not justify the amount of food that you receive. Read more
We love Five Guys and have been customers for a long time. Unfortunately, most of our order came without cheese or condiments as... requested which was kind of annoying and disappointing. It was easy enough to request it afterwards but it would have beenbetter if we didn't have to. Still a delicious burger and fries as usual. Read more
Great quality food, but expensive. We had a bacon cheeseburger that was very good. Fries were good and you could tell they... were very high quality and fresh. The shakes were very good. The hot dog was just a hot dog you can get anywhere just cut inhalf. Nothing special there. I ordered online and picked up. They have a great system where they do not make the fries andshakes until you are physically on the premises so that they are as fresh as possible. I would rate the food 5 stars and theprice 3 stars. Always a great burger. The store in Vernon Hills needs some props. Their staff is super friendly and professional. I come in... during work hours and on the weekend and this team is top-notch behind the counter and in their customer service. Read more
Food tasted really good. Thought it was going to be a skinny burger from the pictures, but it was decent. The employees took a... while to take my order even though there was at least 5 of them standing around doing nothing. Can't complain about the burgers, they do a really nice job. They're big, ???? loaded and super juicy. Also if you order a large... fry, I don't think you can finish the whole thing lol. They must have had about a half a pound in there at least. The staff wasextremely friendly and the facility was extremely clean, A clean bathroom = A clean kitchen! The staff works very hard, andremember, they do not set the price of the product. They work hard and do the best they can. We went to a "Red Robin" the otherday, the prices were similar, and the burgers were much smaller. They also had the three managers working in the kitchen andwaiting tables, (without a day off for 3 weeks I might add) that's all they had. So, I admire the staff members of theserestaurants, they take a lot of guff, sometimes it's good to give some praise! Read more

Can never go wrong with the burgers. The hot dogs are just as good! Pricey but the quality speaks for itself . Fresh and... delicious . The staff is helpful establishment clean. Read more
