It took an hour to get my ONE sandwich. I called multiple times and the phone just rang. When I finally got through to someone... they put me on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back and the man on the other said it will be at least30-40 minutes to just talk to someone, and that I need to call back at 2pm and just HUNG UP! Horrible customer service. Does not honor punch cards anymore. So many sub shops with better prices and specials. Staff acts busy and bothered even when... you?re the only customer in the store. Subs and fresh bread are tasty and above average, but did not seem like a good value forrelatively small subs with skimpy ingredient portions. Read more

Even though I ask a young man what I want for my order, the woman was making sandwiches . I wasn't even talking toher when she started giving her attitude towards me. Then she was speaking back to me with her attitude. In front of othercustomers. She is probably having some problems at home. But I didn?t do anything wrong to her to treat me like that.
