On 5/15/22 at 12:30pm in Vernon Hills IL location ( where I?m like twice a week) employer (woman) on my order she was giving me... her attitude. Even though I ask a young man what I want for my order, the woman was making sandwiches . I wasn't even talking toher when she started giving her attitude towards me. Then she was speaking back to me with her attitude. In front of othercustomers. She is probably having some problems at home. But I didn?t do anything wrong to her to treat me like that. It took an hour to get my ONE sandwich. I called multiple times and the phone just rang. When I finally got through to someone... they put me on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back and the man on the other said it will be at least30-40 minutes to just talk to someone, and that I need to call back at 2pm and just HUNG UP! Horrible customer service. The staff did not give me my order of chicken caesar wrap but it was in the receipt and I paid for it. So upsetting. They did... not double check if its the right food. Does not honor punch cards anymore. So many sub shops with better prices and specials. Staff acts busy and bothered even when... you?re the only customer in the store. Subs and fresh bread are tasty and above average, but did not seem like a good value forrelatively small subs with skimpy ingredient portions. Read more

Stopped by yesterday for a quick dinner and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the new Cuban sandwich and took it back to my... office to find the bread so stale that biting into it actually made my gums bleed. This is the 5th time I ordered just one sandwich and it took them 1 hour to deliver it. I work 5 minutes away. It is... frustrating when they are suppose to be "Freaky Fast" when they are actually the opposite. When ordering online I always choosethe option to pick a delivery time and still they are always late. Just ordered a sandwich and placed the same order as last week and this time they put mayonnaise on my sand which which I said... NO Mayonnaise. When explaining this to the store they had no solution nor did they care. The person on the phone wanted to arguewith me??
