Finally got around to trying this place a couple of months ago and honestly after only one visit, my family and I sorta fell in... love with this taste. Maciano's pretty much became our go-to Italian spot. Everything we ordered we loved and prices seemedreasonable enough for the high quality of food. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT and Customer Service! I ordered from here nearly EVERY Friday night same order. Well one night my husband... picked up the order and it was wrong. Asked for pizza well done and light cheese and it was the opposite. Now no big deal but wecalled to let them know. They offered to bring out a new pizza (which was super nice). Well they bring out the new pizza andDEMANDED the wrong one (acted like we were lying). Well after calling the restaurant to inform of them of this extremely rudeand strange encounter with their delivery driver we find out the General Manager was the driver!!!! First, who demands foodback!?? And to make it even worse the guy couldn’t even say “sorry”! Will NEVER order from there again and will make sureto tell others of my experience!! Read more
