I ordered a delivery order of Spaghetti and Meatballs through Uber Eats. After paying for the meal, extra for the sauce, and a... tip for the driver, there were NO meatballs included in my spaghetti and meatballs. Consistently inconsistent. Sometimes it?ll be really good, other times the pesto cavatappi taste like buttered noodles due to... lack of sauce. You would think it doesn?t take a lot of brain power to realize that when you?re making noodles with a greensauce, maybe you should use enough sauce to make the noodles a little green? It?s like this with several dishes. VERY hit ormiss. It?s like the kids cooking the food don?t know how to use measuring tools (like, 1 cup of sauce for a dish or somethingalong those lines). We got take out from here today and my mouth is still watering from how good the noodles are! The noodles are soft and not over... or under-cooked, and the sauces are just something else! The tastes of the food can absolutely pass for that of a restaurantwith a perfect mix of that fast food staple taste. I absolutely recommend the Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Mein (if you are a fanof Asian tastes) and the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles (if you can handle some spice)! Read more
Horrible counter service. They would not take anyones order standing in line and forcing all 8 people in line to use the online... app. The guy behind the counter kept saying, it will be 5-10 minutes before we can take your order. 20 minutes later. He keptsaying the same thing. The manager and or store owner should be ashamed of the customer service. There were several older peoplethat did not know how to use their phone to order food and they left. They need new customer service staff or new management. Read more
