food was delicious! every time i order from Rosatis I never have a complain. until today... when i called to place my order with... Tyler, he was very expressive on the amount that i was tipping to the delivery man and kept making smart remarks the whole timei was on the phone with him placing my order. When the food was delivered, i asked delivery man for the name of who took myorder. He asked if i had a complaint, I said yes and explained... he walked away and didnt say a thing.. That was Tyler!!! This is a 2.99 fry. I was extremely unhappy when I got home to see this. I will never order from here ever again.
I fell behind the building while walking with a cake I bought for Thanksgiving and because I?m disabled with knee and hip... replacements, I was unable to stand up after I rolled down a hill and ended up in bushes. Thankfully, an employee from Rosatiswalked out their back door and found both me and my friend John trying to get up the hill, and fortunately, because of theemployee we suffered zero injuries which was lucky for two people in their seventies. The man automatically came to our aidwithout hesitation and I applaud his kindness and I want to inform him that since I?m well and walking, I have another reasonfor thanksgiving on this special day.???????????????????? my cake wasn?t damaged in the fall.
