food was delicious! every time i order from Rosatis I never have a complain. until today... when i called to place my order with... Tyler, he was very expressive on the amount that i was tipping to the delivery man and kept making smart remarks the whole timei was on the phone with him placing my order. When the food was delivered, i asked delivery man for the name of who took myorder. He asked if i had a complaint, I said yes and explained... he walked away and didnt say a thing.. That was Tyler!!! This is a 2.99 fry. I was extremely unhappy when I got home to see this. I will never order from here ever again.
I fell behind the building while walking with a cake I bought for Thanksgiving and because I?m disabled with knee and hip... replacements, I was unable to stand up after I rolled down a hill and ended up in bushes. Thankfully, an employee from Rosatiswalked out their back door and found both me and my friend John trying to get up the hill, and fortunately, because of theemployee we suffered zero injuries which was lucky for two people in their seventies. The man automatically came to our aidwithout hesitation and I applaud his kindness and I want to inform him that since I?m well and walking, I have another reasonfor thanksgiving on this special day.???????????????????? my cake wasn?t damaged in the fall. Bad experience all around. Paid for the pizza and price was suddenly $4 more than the menu showed. Was told ?prices change all... the time without them telling us??.really? Figured I would still be able to enjoy some good deep dish?.instead got home to finda loaf of bread with a thin layer of cheese and sauce?$25 for bread?what a waste. Read more
Order placed for one pizza at 5:45pm and was told approx 45 min. I call an hour later and am told 10 more minutes. Call a THIRD... time and the manager Jenny tells me their ovens shut off and they had to make the pizzas over again. My pizza was delivered at7:30pm it was burnt. This location is 4 min away. I was told I could use the coupon on another order - why would I even want toorder from this location again? Extremely disappointed and I should have been compensated for the inconvenience. Read more
Amazing pizza spot! Just had the mozzarella sticks and boneless chicken. Very tasty, great portions, always have all kinds of... drinks. They have slices ready to go and have a 3.50 slice and drink special. Great spot to have lunch! Especially if you arenear Mundelion Courthouse! Read more
The food was good. But picked up 2 chopped salads. I called to let them know that it wasn't chopped. The reply was this is how... we make ours. The salad has full cherry tomatoes and full slices of cucumbers. It wasn't chopped or mixed. PLEASE FIND A PICTUREOF A PROPER CHOPPED SALAD. Just change the menu to a salad!! Read more
