Me and my boyfriend come here quite often and truly love the food. But a lot of times it isn't very consistent. Seems that no... one is on the same page and I get asked by multiple people the same question I answered when I ordered Food was good but reallydisappointed in the everything bagel it barely had any everything seasoning. And he did not get his pickle with his sandwich????. $40 also got the cubsta and they always fill the cup up with the coffee cubes and the cup wasn't even half full ????. Read more
I ordered a ham,egg and cheese bagel. The eggs are bland and very little ham. The cheese tasted processed. The coffee was good.... Next time I'll get butter only. Read more
A great employee behind the counter helped us - this was our first visit. She was very helpful and friendly. She gets 5 stars,... and the bagel / cream cheese spread gets 3 stars to make the overall a 4. The bagels and spread are good, but not quite a 4. The jalapeno spread was too plain for me - I'm accustomed to lots of pepper, herbs, and other diced veggies in it. The bagelshave the proper chew and mouth feel, but again, are not quite up there with the best. Read more

My first time here. The restaurant was clean and the staff who took my order was personable and polite. I took a star off the... review for two reasons. The first is that when ordering another team member started running a wet dry shop next to the cashregister and it very difficult to place the order and confirm it was correct. The second reason for the lack of a star was themanager slid the bag containing my order across the counter at me and walked away. It?s not that he was rude, it?s just that hewasn?t friendly. The bagels were good. The amount of cream cheese was impressive and I?ll be sure to return. I would encourageeveryone to get bagels here but I think the customer service skills could improve. We ate here every morning on our recent trip to Vero.. it really is that good. We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings.. lots... of seating inside and outside. Lots of flavored creams for coffee. Food and drinks were consistently delicious. Read more
Just left !!! They only had a few choices of bagels ???? I ordered a bacon egg and cheese , the eggs looked like they were pre... cooked, one slice of bacon, and the cheese wasn?t even melted???? they just put a slice on it ???? and guess what the bagelscertainly didn?t taste like a Brooklyn Bagel!!! I should know I?m from Brooklyn!!!!!! Me ? never to return ???? Your better offbuying a frozen ones and toast them yourself!!!!! PS not very clean !!!!! Read more
