Great experience. Went, literally out of the way to take care of the customer!!! Offered to tip driver and literally went the 1... extra mile!!! Hot, on time, perfect delivery, and they were nice about it. Soooo not what I am use to in Memphis. Hats off tothis crew!!! Read more
We all know Domino?s is ehh they even forgot an item in my order this time and had 2 come back twice (once was my front gates... fault) and the second was the forgotten item but I order from these guys all the time and usually don?t have a problem I know Iain?t ordering some Gordon Ramsey pizza so my expectations aren?t high lol as long as it?s hot I?m good but I?m giving this 5stars solely on the fact that Nick (Nicholas in the red truck) the delivery driver tonight was so nice like bro good job man Ihope you hear that enough. As long as the manager CHRIS is worker I recommend people to stay away I feel as if the guy would poison your food because of... his unprofessional customer service he rushes you make smart remarks. I wouldn't recommend that store to no one even if therehaving a dog party treat your dog better because Chris is the wires I seen ever it seems domino's don't care he's still thereI'm scared to eat there we can't see it Chris plays with food to the best of my knowledge. I don't really like to leave bad reviews but I'm in the food industry myself and was happy to see they open up a new dominions... near me and don't have to drive to the other location to get my pizza. I placed a order over the phone the first day they openhad to repeat myself to the young girl on the phone 7 times to get my credit card info the first time I order from thisplace..so again I gave them a second chance today had to repeat my order 5 times to the same young girl and when the pizza gotto my house she got my order all wrong after waiting half a hr for 2 large and 1 medium pizza ... the one medium pizza came withall the wrong toppings which I did not order at all...hope they get this problem fix fast because hate to drive to the otherlocation to get my pizza from now on....manager's need to start training there staff better.. but they did fix it and send me anew pizza witch was good ???????? Trying to support a new business, we called in an order for delivery.. An hour and a half later I called to ask where it was.... The lady who answered told me they didn't have an order for me? As my credit card was charged, I asked to speak to her manager..He first tried to tell me my charge had been declined until I told him again I could see it in my account. The next thing hetold me was they tried to call me.. they didn't. I understand they're new but the obfuscation was remarkable. Best to wait 6months before trying again. Read more
We ordered 8 different items and every single thing showed up quickly and accurately! The food was excellent, plenty of flavor,... price was fair/comparable. The only discrepancy was the ready made salad. It was packaged well, the toppings were great, butthe lettuce underneath was mostly brown. But it's a pizza place, not a salad bar. This Dominoes impressed us so much we will betelling our friends and neighbors! Read more
