Horrible experience going through the drive thru. The individual answering was rude, inconsiderate, and trying to rush me. Definitely the best local Dunkin I've ever been too! ? ???????? ????????????????????? She got my order 100% correct, my iced... latte was AMAZZINGG, made just as I requested ???????? and they had every donut my kids wanted! Drive thru moved quickly, went from backed up out to the road, to the window in about 10 minutes. Good coffee too

Worst Dunkin the employees are rude and extremely slow they are very understaffed and slow takes more then 16 mins wether you... are in the drive thru or inside ordering to get your food. This Dunkin? Donuts is always severely understaffed and even if they have 4 people in here helping 3 of them don?t know how to... run a register? isn?t that a requirement at places like this?! I?ve been going to this dunkin EVERYDAY, for the last 2 years. This location has gone so downhill, it?s sad at this... point. Today I had a mobile order and I waited over 30 minutes. All for the barista to have an attitude for me to ask where mydrinks are. I watched multiple people order and receive their drinks within 5 minutes.
