Very clean and friendly place. But unfortunately like most other Dunkin places, they were out of items available to order... online. This is my biggest annoyance with Dunkin. If an item is unavailable do what Starbucks does and say item unavailable. Read more

5 staff members. No customers except 1 in front of me at drive. I waited 7 minutes- finally went in. One staff member was... crying. All Staff bellowing about management, how nobody cares, ? we all need to speak up- I?m not going to shut my mouth- it?snot fair?. Mean while 7 customers lined up Watching the drama. Just FYI something is wrong with the drive thru intercom. You can't hear them and they can't hear you so that creates a lot of... the complaints you are seeing. So GO INSIDE. The people that work at this D&D are SO SUPER NICE ALWAYS! They are a lot of thetime are slammed busy but are fast. Always get my order right too. It may look like a mad house but they move that line sofast.... don't judge a book by the cover. They are awesome. Read more

This store has always burned my bagels to the point where even asking for it lightly toasted and having them put it on the... receipt it still comes out burnt. I have no had a problem with any other Dunkin besides this one please fix this. Doesn't makesense I have to drive 20 mins extra to not get a burnt bagel. Might as well go to wawa across the road. Service took a while but it was 730am so understandable. Large mocha coffee was really medium, pancake wrap was extremely small... for $3, but at least the$5 croissant with bacon and egg was a large sandwich so that's your best bet! Read more
