Easily the Very Best Seafood Restaurant in Vero Beach and beyond!!! The table service was done by Sunny and John, they were so... present happy and really love their job which shows. John the Chef was on point with the food. Ultra fresh fish cooked toperfection not overcooked a second. They call it fish and chips but this was the ultimate gourmet fish and chips done withfilets not the kids style usually seen. My wife had a shrimp scampi that was right out the the pages of Bon Appétit magazine.In summary this is a delicious restaurant that we will frequent much more often. P.S. I went with a group of people to the restaurant and was hoping a good meal/experience. Well I/we got so much more, all the items... on the menu... made it hard to choose. We all got something different and there were no complaints, everything was stellar, theflavors that were created... so fresh and done just right. Last but not least, the clam chowder was the best I'd ever had. It isnow on my list of favorite restaurants. Read more
This is a deli and fresh seafood market with a small dine-in area. We didn't take any of the fresh seafood home with us, but our... lunch was as good or better than any we've had on the Treasure Coast. We shared the Manhattan clam chowder to start - fresh,delicious and great depth of flavor. A very good Greek salad with feta preceded our entrees - Salmon cakes and rice pilaf, andShrimp scampi with the pilaf. We couldn't have been more pleased with all of our items - highly recommend. Truly a hidden gem ???? Why didn?t anyone tell me about this place? I?ve lived here for 12 years and I?m now just finding this?... The service was amazing, the owners are amazing and the food was fresh, and absolutely delicious. If you and or yourfriends/family have not tried this place out, find it - try it - Love it!!! Love this market and restaurant. We didn?t have a chance to have lunch but the wine selection and seafood is so fresh and... amazing. The staff was SOO friendly and fun. Their fish dip is absolutely AMAZING! My family has always raved about Macy?s(which is pretty good) but Joey & Kimmy?s takes the cake. Full of smoke and spices - no hot sauce needed. I recommend theartisan crackers that are available in the market! We have every intention of returning when back to Vero to take the family tolunch! Hopefully they get there before we get back. A treasure found in Vero Beach! This is my new favorite restaurant in town. Comfy and cosy ambience, cute and artistic... decorations, great service and the food is just superb. I ordered oysters on half shell, and yellow tail snapper with lobstersauce, both freshly prepared, homemade and well presented. Oysters are fresh, sweet and firm. The snapper is cooked toperfection, with a delicious lobster sauce and the hearty wild rice. Best calamari in town. Everything is soo fresh and they have a fabulous fresh fish counter if you are up to cooking at home.
