If you ever go to this location do not even attempt to get food inside, just go in the drive thru.. not only 3 out 4 kiosks were... down but this has been the slowest "fast food" experience of my life!! They took about 30 minutes to serve a cheeseburger and atthe end they completely forgot about by coffee.. Servers weren't nasty or anything but all the focus was in the drive thru. Read more
Avoid this location. They will charge you for someone elses order and when you try to correct it they tell you that you are... wrong and wont refund you the difference. Extremely rude. Contacted corporate. Two big quarter pounder meals and a mcnuggethappy meal plus a 20% off coupon from the app doesnt equal $24.00. Read more
I hate this mcdonald's with a passion but it's the closest one to my house. I drive to other locations when I have time. I... stopped in today for the first time in a while and GUESS WHAT they dont put the correct items in my bag. They NEVER get an orderright. Coming up to the window the lady with a nasty attitude already had sass. I understand it is 3am but nobody in the car was... disrespectful first. Then when we were trying to order the lady persisted to say after every thing we ordered ?IS THATEVERYTHING? and shouting it as such. That was not the customer service I needed to wake up to. She made us feel so uncomfortableand unwanted. That is not how I would appreciate to come to a store. Granted it is McDonald?s but still, if you?re having a badday just say so. Don?t take that out on us. We are human just like you. Then when we get our food the guy hands it to us andwalks away quickly. By far one of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes only to be told that they no... longer take orders from the counter. If you would like to place an order you must use the kiosk. Move over to the kiosk try toplace my order only for the key ask to in turn tell me it has to be a card payment. 27 minutes After I had got there I've Ifinally left without without ever completing a single order little order. Staff at the register we're more concerned about agroup singalong with a raunchy rap song playing in the back then they were with helping actual customers. Read more
Worst customer service EVER from any McDonald's location. Mrs 17 piercings not only carriers herself as trashy as she can... manage, also has a nasty attitude when she greeted my family and I by barking we had to place our order at the kiosk. Wascomplaining about what the customer after me ordered. Very unprofessional. "Manager" was definitely hearing everything butmanaged to ignore it all. Wow. I don't know if corporate reads these, but if I was the owner...I'd definitely swap out forsomeone whose representation of me wouldn't embarrass me. Disgusting. Read more
