Stopped for a quick bite while on a road trip. The food was hot and fresh. The drink from the fountain seemed to be watered down... and one of the Diet Coke dispensers was not operating correctly. The staff was friendly and I received a "No problem" with asmile when I asked to change my order from Dine In to To-Go. This is a very busy spot off the highway so the staff seemed to beoverwhelmed and needed more help. The dining room was half full and had no empty clean tables. The food prep areas, which arevisible from the inside, had some spillages; there was one counter near the fryer with loose frozen fries that needed to bethrown away and some food on the floor. The staff seemed to be doing their best, constantly moving and communicating, but mostcustomers waiting were visibly frustrated. The new order kiosks we're pretty easy to operate and even customize the order (like removing the onions and lettuce from my Big... Mac), not sure it saved time, but was convenient. My test of McDonald's is whether there fries are hot and not mushy and thisMcDonald's delivered - fries were good! Read more

Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, no onions/pickles, just all mayo, had to throw the burger out because of so much mayo. Last... time ordered just a regular quarter pounder with cheese and no onions or pickles. What is going on?? Don't order from McDonald'salot but used to love your quarter pounders and now no so much. Long line on one was working the front cashiers. Management was complaining because he wanted more ketchup. And Management ... told him he couldnt give him but 2. As the customer walked away the Management said to a employee what did he want me to goto the back and get more. The customer heard it. As for everyone else. Customers asked the Management if anyone was going totake their order he said its no his job . Everyone lelf as i did. We all went to the next fast food down the road. Generally speaking, this McDonalds gets my order right and in a timely manner. I normally go through the drive through, but... recently went inside. I was shocked to see the dessert display case on the counter had this shriveled up apple pie on display.All the items in the case looked old but this apple pie was so disgusting looking that I was truly blown away.
