What is so special about this place? It doesn't have good bread, and it is definitely not European. Is it the pandemic, or were... the employees always uncaring? Spent almost $20 on a dry cold chicken sandwich (lettuce and unidentifiable crunchy things) witha bag of supposedly special potato chips. Snd 2 pecan pastries. Next time I will go to an unspecial Burger King. Read more
Greek salad very big need to get half order next time. Served & waited on quickly.
I ordered a soup and the cashier told me they had no more baguette bread. I asked for a substitute, they said they cannot. ... As I stood their in amazement, I told the cashier to look behind her, as there were tons of baked bread behind her.. and askedwhy? THE WHOLE NAME OF YOUR COMPANY IS PANERA BREAD! She called the manager, Amanda who said they cannot substitute! WHAT!?!?!I asked Amanda to give me the name of her manager and corporate number, she replied to wait. She never returned.. Half sandwich good. Onion soup wasn't hot, lukewarm, disappointed. Staff friendly and cashier Jennifer very helpful.
Love love love panera it's always fresh and taste good. The drive through takes awhile sometimes. But other than that no... complaints try the Mac & cheese! Read more
Absolutely disgusting. The manager and employee that made my wife?s Green goddess cobb salad should both be fired. The Avocado... was rotted and the tomatoes were bad. Much of the lettuce was bad. Visited my local Panera today for lunch. Took advantage of the pick two but for some reason today it was a difficult process to... get my regular sandwich as part of the meal. I did get a free chocolate pastry from my birthday which was nice. Place was cleanand the food was well prepared and tasty. Read more
