Absolutely amazing service amazing food! The food was delicious and hot when it arrived.
Timed delivery for 7:00pm arrived at 7:45pm. Pizzas were still hot and tasted good so it probably just took forever for them to... make it (not in delivery vehicle for long). Was told the delay was due to understaffing/training. Received a coupon in the mailfor a free large 2 topping pizza due to the service delay which was nice. Will give this location another chance. We order from this store all the time and NEVER. Have an issue .. they are hard workers and attentive .. when you call they are... busy like any pizza joint so we order online but the times I have had issues with my order me putting for pick up and isdelivery they take care of me right away no attitude and always trying to help.. Pizza was too much flavorless bread. Hardly any cheese or sauce. Pepperoni was ok. It is served with garlic grease and banana... pepper. The only flavors in the box. I have better choices! I won't be back! Most of crust went into garbage after trying tojust eat toppings ! Bad pizza! And they didn't start making it until I arrived to pick it up... it was hot! Read more
I really want this place to succeed and not go out of business. The owner of the Vero beach Florida Papa john?s needs to... retrain its employees or fire them and hire new employees that can do the job in a reasonable amount of time. No reason it takes1-2hrs to make a pizza pie. Read more
