Now when I think it's steak and shake I think steak shake in Atlanta where I was introduced to steak and shake. Now this steak... and shake does not have the meatballs and spaghetti pork chops actual steak London broil they don't have any of that at thisplace they don't have mashed potatoes a scaled down steak and shake meals this steak. Not your typical dine in. No one greets you, you order food from a kiosk and then just sit around and wait. Our experience... wasn?t as pleasant only two people working - there was a long wait. When we stepped closer to pickup area we got a glimpse ofhow improper the food was being handled. The one cook was touching raw meat, cheese, buns, condiments and fries all with samegloves. Glad it was only one meal we ordered and didn?t hurt the bank to toss it. Will not come back. Read more
My first time eating here and wow very delicious. We had to offer from the kiosks but the lady calling our number was very sweet... and helpful. The burgers were juicy and fresh. I loved my cookie dough shake. Read more
Ordered through the drive thru. No line no wait. Food was really good a day came out fast. Only negative part was the cashier.... Asked her for some extra ketchup and she said there's ketchup in the bag and shut her window on us. We drive off and dispersefood to find no ketchup at all. Read more

Removed the registers, so card pay only. No cash option. No greeting, and scarce interaction from the staff except to call out a... number and place your stuff on the counter. No ketchup available for overcooked fries. Burgers are different than they used tobe. Not as hearty of a taste, like they are using cheaper meat. Shakes were runny, so couldn't even dip fries in the shakes.Just not the same experience as it used to be. Not terrible but not great. It was my first time in a steak and shake and the experience was pretty much how I expected. The burgers were and interesting... texture and flavor because of the meat they use but the patties are super thin. I really liked the butter on the bun I got andthe super thin fries! Read more
Horrible service. I ordered a double with double cheese. Only mayo and mustard. Simple enough? Got it loaded with everything. I... told the lady it was wrong. Instead of no problem I will fix it. I got a that's what the screen said. Not busy at all only 2other tables. So I am one of the few people that is not going to argue but also do not like being disrespected. So basically $13and change for a soda. Money well spent. Will not make the same mistake again. Read more
