The presentation of the sushi when came out was messy. It was warm and the fish did not taste fresh. The texture of the rice was... off. And somebody had the idiotic idea of putting mayonnaise on sushi. The wrap for the sushi did not taste like it was goodquality. Would not come back. What a disappointment we was not greeted , had to get our own menus, and asked if we could order. When a server finally... approached us she had no knowledge of anything including a personality the food had no taste and not one person checked onus.. As much money people spend there you would think they would at least make you feel welcome ..Never again Read more

Food is a 5/5. Soup is always hot and tasty. Sushi and sashimi is always fresh. I?ve had the shoyru ramen, pho beef and wonton.... All were delicious. I?ve tried half of their rolls and all are pleasant. Sit at the bar if you want to see your food made (andmaybe served faster, but we?ll get to that part) Service is a very low one. I don?t know what happened to this place. The newerwaitresses are slow, inattentive and forever hiding in the back. I miss the old waitresses. They made the restaurant perfect.They were speedy and on top of things. New waitresses exact opposite. I highly recommend sitting at the bar. If you sit at thetables, your food might sit at the counter until one of the waitresses come out and bring it over. Eating here used to be avery quick ordeal. Used to be promptly seated, order immediately and food came out, no lie, 5 minutes later. Now it?s wait to beseated, when the restaurant is empty, get seated wait for someone to come back to make the order, and then wait half an hour foreverything to come back. And if they say another table or two when you were seated, it?s gonna be a minute. The food isdelicious but the way the service is coming, my go to may have to change. Read more

Rating of one star is TOO generous!! Both of our Beef Pho came with not one but multiple pieces of totally uneatable beef. Beef... I wouldn't even feed to my dogs. Can anyone say choking hazard!!! Here is the best part, I was asked "how is everything?". Myreply "horrible, those pieces of beef are unedible.". To which I was told "they cut it fresh from the bone"... Wait, what??!!!?I point to the bad unedible beef and that prompted some nonsensical reply conveying QUALITY? WHAT?? And insult to injurynothing what comped or reduced, full price. The Pho Broth tastes fake from Cans, and I did not felt better after eating it. The warm $16-Small Vase Sake tastes so fresh... with no chemicals that it helped with my back problems. Environment was of a Sushi Bar of Mediocre Restaurant compared to theother restaurants in Casino. Read more
