Don't bother stopping at this burger king. They will screw up your order, they're slower than molasses and they don't care. Was... in a rush thought I'd stop in real quick and get a bite of something to eat for breakfast and they messed up my order big time.Did not ask to reimburse me and the kid was slower than anything to take the wrong food out of my bag. I was expecting the worst because of the bad reviews, but my service was friendly-ish, my food was hot and it came out in a... reasonable amount of time. That might be due to me catching them right when they opened, though. The only reason it loses a staris because they're supposed to be 24 hours but seem to be 8-8 right now. Read more
What has happened to Burger King? I could never eat their food ever again cold, dry, hard, as a rock burgers, and the french... fries were dry unsalted they look like they are a week old but they were warm. I guess they don't change the grease in thefryers because they're so short staffed and the burgers are cold I don't understand that if you're putting them through asthey're made to order then why is everything so cold?? Wish I could review with 0 stars. I visited here on 11/16/21 at 11a.m and that manager Sonya or Tonya whoever she is has a very... very bad attitude. Every item out of 6 was cold! The drinks are supposed to be! As a truckers wife, we can't turn around on thedime to replace extremely cold food. I called back to just have it replaced as we come through here often. She told me the onlything she could do was refund it and can't do that unless I come back. When I proceeded to ask for corporates number she hung upin my face and then wouldn't answer. Came to this Burger King and it was closed down. How can you close down when you are on a turn pike where several people stop to... get food. There was at least 15 people here trying to get food right now. The people in the store says they make there own hoursincluding closing as early as 2 pm. Must be nice to make your own schedule and not service the public. Not to mention all thetruck drivers that work all day and can not get a meal afterwards. If you don?t want to service the public just close your doorsand let someone else take up the space. Read more
This Burger King only stays open because it's the only option on the Turnpike. We have gone through here multiple times and it's... always just as bad. I ordered a double Whopper and got a single. My son ordered a hamburger but it had cheese. My wife ordered achicken sandwich and instead got nuggets. No ketchup. No ketchup. Fries were probably fried yesterday. Only 2 workers and a linea dozen people deep. Prices are horrible, but to be expected with a Turnpike monopoly. Read more
