They were closinging up at 5:45 pm: website says open until 7pm. Clerks were rude.

This is literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I make the mistake of stopping here every time I drive to D.C. and I... always regret it immediately. The drinks are never made right, they taste bad, and the workers are not even remotely pleasanteven if you smile at them first. I hate leaving negative reviews but this place is consistently bad. Honestly, this place is disgraceful. Three baristas (one of whom was off the clock, but still behind the counter distracting her... coworkers) and it took 15 minutes for a plain iced coffee and an iced soy latte. The latte was made with dairy milk instead ofsoy, and when I brought it back to the counter all three refused to make eye contact and proceeded to say it was soy. They endedup making a new one, but dear god the customer service was absolutely garbage. Corporate should probably stop in for a visit. Read more

Both of the people that work there act like they hate their lives. I was ordering my coffee, she cut me off as if I was finished... speaking and when I asked for a grande cup she slammed the tall down on top of the stack of cups and rolled her eyes. I havenever in my life experienced anything like this at Starbucks. Starbucks you really need to do better hiring, these are thepeople you want to be representing your business? The cashier demeanor was not welcoming or what I?m use to from a barista at Starbucks. I ordered a grande Iced refresher and... decided I wanted to make a Venti before I completed my order. She rolled her eyes and gave me the price never asking if Iwanted anything else and, also replied to her coworker when asked a question and replied with an attitude and said well shechanged it. First time ever I've got a situation with Starbucks in my 19 years of long haul trucking all over North American continent and... Europe travels. April 25 2019 at 1100 . Ordered oatmeal with milk(mention twice it's a milk not water)?large coffee with no roomfor cream (guy servin the counter asked me to leave or not room for it)and a cheese danish. Got my coffee and went to the standwhere all those sugars and milk with cream are while waiting for the rest of my order. Find out that stand run out of sugarasked the attendant twice for it . His reply was there is a sugar in your bag (oatmeal). Had to tell him third time there is nosugar for my coffee. Mind you i was the only customer other then one guy after me with some small order like a ???? or danish.Sofinally after three times of asking he managed to get out of counter to fix an sugar shortage. By the way he made it look likeit was some serious heavy lifting and not drawer opening. So finally I've got to open my coffee cap to find out two inches spaceleft even though i replied no room for cream. fine i didn't wanna talk to him any more but just out of curiosity checked bon theonly half and half what was on the stand and it was completely empty. Fine. Proceed on my way just to find out later my oatmealwas made with WATER. Isn't it funny ? All of my order was made wrong like i was talking backwards to him. Incompetent personnel. I ordered an iced green tea and they served me something very different (not green tea) than what I have... received from any other Starbucks. When I informed them the tea's color and taste was incorrect, the woman behind the counterwas dumbfounded and just pointed to a premix container and claimed that she used the right mix. No offer to repair thesituation in any way. I believe she served either old mix or did not dilute the mix properly. Read more
