Update: Wow! 1000% improvement since the last visit. Food was excellent this morning and the employees were... friendly. Disgusting! Every time I decide to try it again it's the same. Steak egg and cheese bagel: the bagel is always rockhard, the steak is completely dried out to the point it has an off flavor, very little or no onions and seasoning and thebreakfast sauce is nonexistent. I hate giving bad reviews, I would prefer to give praise to the employees but, My experience here, was not good. Employees were... seen eating from the cook line still chewing and performing work duties in back and around customers in the lobby. The lobbywas more of a mess than it should have been. I won't lie, I was kind of hesitant about eating the food i purchased. I was rightabout my assumption because of the food positioning, I endured later that evening. several employees including the managementwere seemingly to busy to fill the orders from the holding areas, and other employees had to run around them with the veryimportant gossip manager and fellow employee held while on the clock. Leat to say this will not be a repeatable visit for me. Ifyou had a similar experience to this Let the company know please.
