Love this place! I know most coffee places like to think they are unique, but this one actually is! The atmosphere is fun,... coffee during the day and adult bevies at night...or if having a rough day you can booze up your espresso prior to happyhour.\n\nThe employees are very cheerful and actually all have said they really enjoy working there, which I always think is anexcellent sign of a solid company.\n\nYou might have gotten this far and thought, um, no this isn\'t that unique....BUT, whatis, is their commitment to community, both within the little strip mall they call home, Verona, and beyond. They don\'t have akitchen, but encourage food be brought in from the Mexican restaurant a few doors down. They also sell local snacks likedelectable cookie cups from woman-owned, Miggy Bakes.They host local events like coffee tastings, pumpkin carving, and minimarkets within the shop where other local companies and merchants come and sell their goods. I\'ve also seen a few differentdrives being hosted such as a shoe drive.\n\nHP also is committed to being good citizens of the planet. They have a bean programwhere you earn a bean from either drinking your coffee in house or bringing in your own drink vessel. 10 beans and you get $5off. It definitely makes me happy earning a bean as ridiculous as that sounds. Along with the bean program, they grow their ownherbs, compost, and encourage recycling.\n\nAll that AND their drinks are delightful. Go. You won\'t regret it. Read more

A cozy, eco friendly cafe with fun selection of coffee (and boozy) drinks, and a very chill vibe. I really appreciate that they... use reusable glassware and metal straws. I liked that I could bring my dog with me while I enjoyed a latte, and it was not toobusy on a Saturday. I will be returning! Read more

Loved it! Very cute decor, loved the no-waste approach, felt comfortable and like I was in a modern Friends coffee shop. They... also have a microwave if you choose to bring your own food, a great remote working location. Plus, they have games, grown theirown herbs, and a chalk wall. I\'d recommend giving it a try. Verona needed a place like this! We\'ve been here twice and enjoyed both of our visits. The drinks are creative, good-sized,... strong enough, and fairly priced. My wife and I both really appreciated that none of the cocktails were overwhelmingly sweet.I\'m also impressed that they serve Stone Creek coffee, as they make outstanding coffee! Great place to hang out for coffee or drinks either from the menu or made up on your own. Lots of seating, outlets, great... bathroom amenities, and I appreciate the longer hours compared to other cafes. Read more

I got my husband and I coffee before we went on a walk and it was very nice. The place was clean, smelled good, and it wasn\'t... too busy. Fun, seasonal coffee menu. It\'s awesome that they serve their coffee drinks in re-usable containers. Nice ambiance and great... location. Love that they put water on the bike path on hot days -- that was a life saver for me a few weeks ago. Will be back tocheck out their drink menu, which also looked solid. Read more
