Good service, poor selection for price. We spent about $100.00 and the entire time we were there not one single pepperoni or... plain cheese pizza. A sign at the front says due to staffing shortages no special requests. That?s fine but stop sending outspecialty pizzas, plenty of macaroni and cheese or chicken bacon ranch to be had. If I were rating this only on pizza I they would get 1 star. Pizzas were dry and tasteless. Pineapple, don't get me wrong I love... Hawaiian pizza but there was pineapple on most of the pizzas varieties on the buffet. Why? The breaded/fried chicken and saladbar were this restaurants saving grace. The chicken was juicy and flavorful and the salad bar was well stocked and freshalthough the dressings needed refilling. The one pizza that was very tasty was the cinnamon dessert pizza of which I didn't needbut had three pieces. For a pizza place with pizza in the name the pizza should really take precedence and should beamazing. Overall the restaurant was clean but they're clearly short staffed because it took a while for empty tables to getbussed. Unfortunately this is too common anymore almost everywhere. I did enjoy the "ranch" feel and country music that was avery nice change of pace from every other restaurant out there. Read more
Just read a scathing review and had to laugh. Being a person of color, to say that your delivered food was not to your liking... because of the skin tone of the driver is insane. Since the new management took over, families of all races FINALLY feelcomfortable going into Pizza Ranch. We always get a greeting, a smile, and amazing service. "What's wrong" is right. What'swrong with people to think they can blame others for them not liking a particular food, and expect a reason. Did you get whatyou ordered? If so, sorry you didn't like it... but that's not the problem of the restaurant or staff. You don't know why? Ifyour attitude on the phone was like it is in this review, we both know why. Very friendly and kind staff. Clean restaurant. Willing to make a custom pizza for you which is very nice. We encountered some... dirty silverware and the pizza looked very dry as though it had been left out for quite a while and did not taste good. Friedchicken and mashed potatoes were good. A little pricey for quality of food. Probably ideal for after a sports game for a group akiddos who will eat a lot and not care so much about quality. Read more
