Not sure what happened here. Used to love this TB, but after the last 2 times, I'm never going again. Burritos made wrong and... they tried to give my food to another customer. Pulled it back in the window then handed it to me after the other customeropened it up. Last visit I ordered new Cheddar Chipotle Chalupas and they gave me regular ones. So that means they should oweme money by the receipt. I use the app so my orders are quite clear. Read more
You might want to talk to your employees about math and prices. There isn't any way that 2 cheesy gordita crunches and a medium... soda is $12.80. Then when I questioned them about it, they just said "prices done gone up". Not an "oh, I clearly rang that upwrong". I drove all the way to Monona just to go to Taco John's. They are way better anyway. Read more
The restaurant closed at 5:00pm on a Monday night which I can understand staffing is difficult these days, but turn off your... ability to order online without and option to cancel the order. They took my money and they were closed. I need a refund for thefood I didn?t get. Read more
The food is Tacobell, I've no issue with that. It's the sauce packets - I never seem to get any. Drive through, you have to ask... at the window when paying or risk not getting any (even if you ordered via drive through ordering device). Door dash, even ifyou order sauce packets on the app - You won't get the sauce packets. Are they forgetful or stingy about the sauce packs? I'mnot sure but eating something without the sauce just won't work. Read more
Food was good. But my strawberry lemonade was more like strawberry- water in Sun Prairie.. But I did eat at Taco Bell in Verona... and their lemonade was great. Read more
The food was great. My burrito was very stuffed with food, and same with my taco. They didn't skimp out on anything, and the... cinnamon twists were very good. Not to mention they have one of the greatest sodas of all time, Mtn Dew Baja Blast! And I thevalue was great too, everything I mentioned above is in the Classic Combo for just five bucks. Breakfast at 8:45am was fine. The country music is a bit rough, but to each their own. The staff was fine, polite, friendly. The... breakfast crunch wrap was full and well cooked. The ingredients weren't too well spread throughout, but it wasn't so bad as tocomplain about it. The soda fountain was clean and the sodas seem to be not out. The tables were clean, for the most part (1table was dirty and not attended to while I was there). Read more
Taco Bell rocks...but wouldn't it be great if they didn't always forget the cinnamon twists you ordered...or that the Doritos... Locos tacos didn't fall apart at the bottom of the shell before you get home to eat them? Yo quiero Taco Bell...siempre,pero...damn, man...fix dat schtuff. Read more
