We waited for 25 minutes for 2 taco Supremes, a Mexican pizza. This was on a Sunday afternoon, about 3pm. There were 4 employees... and they just stood around on their phones and ignored us. Very disappointing first visit. Read more
They had me pull around the guy that brought my food out was amazingly nice. I was actually sitting in my car eating because... their lobby was closed. He then brought me some napkins which he said he forgot, as I was thinking some napkins would be nice.Food was Taco Bell but the service was above average. Read more
Great place great service the manager stopped us in the parking lot and knew we were from eastern Kentucky and we?re dealing... with severe flooding and she took us in and treated us to a meal on her. She is Kentucky proud what a great group of people.. Read more
Had an issue with my order but fixed more then fast. Even though staff seemed bothered by remaking the food they respectfully... didn't argue. The manager on duty did not make me feel bad at all for requesting part of my food to be made again and was happyto help. Read more

One of the worst Taco bells. I have sworn off going to this taco bell. I would rather drive out of my way. They get your order... wrong and forget items. This along with if there is 3 cars in the drive through. Expect a 20 min wait. I would understand ifthey were understaffed. They are not they are just in there goofing around. Read more
