It appears this place has closed. The menus looked to be taken off and the lobby was dark. I hate losing the franchise from... this town as I've always loved Arby's but the building was in pretty bad shape compared to other fast food restaurants. Read more
Seems to get a little worse each time we go. The building exterior is visibly falling apart. Last time we went, we were waiting... in line and couldn't reach the speaker because the line wasn't moving - there was no room to move forward. An employee came outof the back door, waved us down, and told us to move up, and we literally had to explain that there was no room to move forward.Hassling us was the priority over making food for those waiting. The line didn't move till a man dashed across the parking lotto slip in the back door, presumably coming back from his 15 minute break. Our food was stale when we got it, and there werecurly fries mixed in with the crinkle fries, which was an issue for one of our family members who is allergic to the curlyfries' seasoning. It seems like maybe some additional staff should be added to the schedule so that things run more smoothly. Read more
Really did not like it to much sauce falls apart never again should if just throw 20$ out the window
Went late last night, crew was polite. Asked for Horsey and Arby's sauce when they asked what I needed. She asked again and we... order 4 meals and ended up with 0 sauces! Nobody else was in line! Read more
We stopped in yesterday and ordered lunch and had the worst service ever. The girl at the window was so rude ( and that wasn?t... the first time of rudeness). The order was completely wrong after repeating it twice. Nothing was fresh. The buns were not freshand were hard. The fries were cold. The worst experience ever with fast food. Versailles Arby?s really need to get their acttogether. This isn?t the first time going there and getting bad service and bad food. Read more
One of our favorite spots for fast food. Can be expensive for us, but we usually have a coupon to use which helps. Love the... regular roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a cherry turnover. Good stuff! Read more
Looking forward to you reopening. I enjoy the fresh sandwiches, Versailles needs a place where everything isn't fried.
