Disappointing. Tried to feed a hungry church crew. Was more "freaky frustrating" than freaky fast. Put order in. Heard back 45... minutes later that they had no turkey (problems with the truck). No coke either. Wish they had told us they were out of thesethings when they took the order. Stuff happens, of course, but not being upfront or taking care of the customer is a bad sign.Wish we had ordered pizza. Read more
This was a small shop with diligent workers. The orders were a little confusing as they cut sandwiches in half more than the... Jimmy John's back home. The place was packed and my order was fine. It feels like they left some ingredients off my Little John.The cookies are great as usual, but prepackaged, so would hope not to go wrong. The soda machine needed replacement, as somedrinks were flat or too much soda water. It was packed, so a good thing we were getting our food, making bathroom breaks andleaving. There is one mens' and one women's restroom with no stall, just a toilet, sink, and papertowels. It could have usedsome cleaning, and the place did not have the regular JJ music or cute signs/atmosphere. Read more
First of all ordered at 5:39 and didn?t receive my food until 6:31 which I called and was told they only have one driver right... now, so I understand, everyone is struggling with staff right now. Honestly though when your company thrives on ?Freaky Fast?service, don?t offer delivery, just do drive thru and dine-in. Save your business the trouble and complaints. Second of all, Ifyou sandwiches are ALREADY over priced and you charge extra for things like avocado spread, I expect to get EXTRA. This is thelast time I will order Jimmy Johns. After placing an order online and waiting an hour my sandwich had 1 single slice of ham on it. Oh.. and 2 pieces of bacon. I... called the store in Versailles and spoke to a "manager" who said the driver could come back and get the sandwich or put acredit on my account. I didn't feel like waiting another hour for them to get it right. Read more
