I absolutely love coming to this starbucks. I come so much I have developed a bond with few of ur evening crew. I love Lucas,... Jade, Karen, and Kara. These sweethearts always make me smile everytime I come thru there. They truly turn my days around whenthey wait on me. The drinks are always delicious! I always wondered what the big deal was about Starbucks. Now I know it tasteso good. Seriously though ur evening shift workers are truly the friendliest and so outgoing. The Barista's here don't pay attention to detail. I have never had my order correct in the 3 times that I have gone there. This... is supposed to be a Dragon Drink. I received a cup of coconut milk. Don't waste your time. Read more
This Starbucks is NEVER open!! They have been closing at 1:00pm everyday. It?s a huge inconvenience considering the one inside... Kroger has HORRIBLE service!!! Depending on who is working that day determines the price of my coffee. It?s always 3.66. And allof a sudden it?s now 4.98. It?s not the money it?s the principle. This location has become "MY Starbucks" during my long stint of commuting from Louisville to Lexington. Honestly? The team at... this Starbucks make my morning on the daily. I come for the coffee. I keep coming back, despite other stores being closer to mywork, because the employees are so fantastic here. They are outstandingly friendly and even take the time to draw a "Baby Yoda"on my cup lids when there might be a bit of a wait. That kind of personability is priceless! Read more
Amazing staff always willing to help. I?m a bit of a air head and like trying stuff and they always help me out when I don?t... like what I ordered getting me something different. My favorite thing to do at Starbucks is ask the barista what there favoritethings is and order that. Today I have found in my personal opinion is the best drink here. 0 consistency. Expensive drinks never right. This location is horrible. Watch them make it. I add 2 extra shots of expresso and... I have to call then out every single time. Update. $20 again thrown away. This location is done for me. Never ever ever can getanything right. Read more
