Waited 20 mins in the drive thur for absolutely nothing. 4 vehicles at a time where getting their orders taken then everyone was... on hold until god knows how long. I gave up after 20 mins. They will almost fill your drink cup with Ice!!!!!! So basically, your paying for ice, not the actual drink. ¾ ice & ¼... beverage. And there's no option on Doordash for no ice, like the options for McDonald's. Otherwise, would of been 5?? Read more
Wow, I went through and got a taco box the same as I do every weekend! The lady first tried to upcharge me by 10.80 to which I... said something and she replied with "oh I fixed it". Then I get home and there was literally 2 tomatos in the taco, it was allshe'll. The worst I have ever got, every taco was the same. I was the only car in line so it's not even as they were busy. Itried to call but when I got home, and it rang forever, no answer. Man I'm trying to feed my kids and u guys failed me, which inturn failed my kids. Shame on you!! Read more
So my fiance just left here tonight cause she needed good food fast and was on her way to her security job. Anyways, two women... decided to haze her before she could even order and threaten her safety. Haven't had the food from here but probably never willcause I've never heard of such horrible customer service and from the other reviewers this place is yet another Taco Hell? justlike the location on Harrodsburg road. Except two females who look like their chronic Newport smokers run the drive through andneed to learn a thing or two about good service. Went to Taco Bell last night in Versailles and thought since I ordered online and it gave them time to do my order it would... turn out right, wasn?t I wrong I got 4 chicken chipotle soft taco and this wasn?t anything I?ve ever gotten before ! Went in ordered on kiosk. It was an easy order but they managed to make a mistake because they were too busy talking to each... other about cigarettes and wife beaters. I went to the counter to get their attention it took six times of me saying excuse mebefore somebody would come to the counter. Then I told them their mistake they had to turn around and look on the computerscreen like I was lying. They did remake it but it did not have the extra meat that was ordered on it the first time.
