The drive thru experience was awkward. We had ordered on the app and told them at the speaker. We get to the window and nothing... for like 5 minutes. Just sitting there waiting. They over-charged me and proceeded to back talk us when we just wanted the Rick and Morty drink after we paid for it, but they... gave me water instead. They made a lot of mistakes, and customer service was terrible. The window worker let us have the drinkthough; he was nice. The guy at the second window who worked closing shift on 10/14 was not nice at all. He said that he can'tread minds when we asked him a question and was overall very rude. If you want the food you ordered or anything worth what you pay for, do not go to the Versailles, KY Wendys. It is awful.... and... always awful. Even if you get the right food it is cold and there is enough mayo to drown someone. I am not sure how this placecan even stay open with the awful service. One time I went through the drive through they did not mark the drinks. I asked theworker if they knew which drinks where what. The person at the window took the drink and took a sip to determine which drink waswhich ????. I will never order a drink from here again. Dont waste your time! Read more
