Took my little guy in for a mommy date. Food was good, service wasn't consistent but we got what we needed eventually
Placed order online around 9pm for curbside pickup on Saturday 10/08/22. Online confirmation said it would be ready in 20... minutes. Arrived a few minutes early so I anticipated a little wait. After 20 minutes went by, 10 minutes after the time theysaid it would be ready, I eventually went in to see my order sitting on the counter with 4-5 waitresses sitting chatting in thefirst table by the to go door. One asked if she could help and I said "yes I'd like to get the tip returned to me since I had tocome in for my food". I always tip, but generally it's for GOOD SERVICE. She got the manager who was extremely rude. He didn'tgreet me with "can I help you sir" or something to that effect. He just said "we dont bring food out after 9pm, it's on the signout there". Well, he was correct, it is on the signs. However I was parked directly in front of the door. The sign on thatparking spot did not have those particulars on it. I was in location #2 of possibly 8 spots for curbside pickup. The signindicating you must come in after 9pm doesn't start until the sign on spot #4 and after. This manager needs to be morerespectful. Because of his attitude I said I won't be coming back to which he replied "awesome, have a nice night". Basicallywalking me out the door. No problem, I like Outback steakhouse and I'm dying to try Red Robin. Never did get my hard earnedmoney back, just rude management. Read more
I?m in complete disbelief on how unprofessional Applebee?s has become. Please read before eating. I?m pretty sure they violated... a health regulation. To start, my appetizer must have been reheated wings or from someone else?s unfinished plate. My bonelessBuffalo wings had a very weird taste to them, I scrapped off the Buffalo sauce and saw the barbecue sauce underneath. It is sodisgusting to think I probably ate someone else?s unfinished wings. Then, our main entree came with honey mustard which lookedwatered down. You can see the water coming up from underneath. I normally don?t dine out and I don?t have the money to waste,it?s sad they take advantage of people, instead of providing a decent meal. Read more
Great place to eat. Reasonable prices. Great manager at Vestal location. Once had a small problem and he graciously helped out.... Also had a donation request for golf tournament fund raiser that He supported also. Thankyou Tim. Read more
Boneless tastes great, unlimited fries refill and sparkling great taste Pepsi in addition to great service and friendly staff
Ordered the riblets, the bourbon street shrimp and chicken, the grilled chicken Caesar salad, the baby back ribs and the buffalo... chicken appetizer. The riblets were unique, and apparently a classic, no complaints. The chicken in the bourbon street shrimpwas surprisingly not dry, but flavors were standard. Baby back ribs were a bit overcooked and dry, but flavor was good. Overall,location was clean and service was great :) Read more
I ordered the Prime Rib Dipper Sandwich with fries.. Meat was a little tough but it had good flavor. Fries were crispy. My wife... had the Bacon Cheddar Grilled Chicken sandwich and she liked that. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Read more
Food tastes fine but really with these boneless wings. I like applebees thats why we ordered it but cmon. I see why yer selling... them for a buck right now. Sadly they're not worth the container they came in. One reg app order and one 1.00 add on neitherworth it. Os what it is. Ordered delivery so we get the short end of the stick.
