No one does GF Mac and cheese like CoreLife! (Only $5!). They offer many healthy options for all people with different allergies... while still being delicious. They offer a brightly lit indoors seating space as well as a beautiful outdoor space with fires tokeep you warm regardless of the season. Read more

My experience was very poor when it is usually fantastic. I was very disappointed with CoreLife (Vestal). Not only did they... change their gluten-free mac&cheese recipe, which was amazing before, but the customer service was severely poor. There was awoman working behind the counter that was very rude and seemed annoyed at any request for another ingredient on my salad. She issomeone who should not work in customer service. It was clear she did not enjoy her job, which made my experience not verypleasant. I’m writing this review to hopefully encourage the management at CoreLife (Vestal) to reconsider her position orlook further into potential employees for now on. Like I said, my experience in the past has been great! Just a one time badexperience this time. Read more

My husband and I went to Core Life for the first time and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. My husband... had the Greek salad with chicken and quinoa. He said it was the best salad he ever had. I had the BBQ chicken grain bowl andthe chicken was incredibly tasty. We're both trying to lose weight and lower our cholesterol and it's nice to have a restaurantwith so many healthy foods to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a modern calmingvibe. We sat in leather chairs and looked out over the patio that had a long modern fire place that ran the length of thepatio. It was very relaxing. We will definitely be back. Read more

Despite the fact that my tofu bowl had tuna instead of tofu, it was pretty good. I ordered a dish straight from the menu, which... was made incorrectly. Luckily, i am not actually a vegetarian, and in fairness they offered to redo the dish. I just didn't wantthe tuna going into the garbage. The people with me got the sweet potato bowl and the cold noodle chicken bowl, both of which itasted and were also ok. The place has ample seating both indoors and outdoors. Read more

I stopped in for the first time here today during the lunch hour. When I saw the line, I was a little nervous (I came in about... 2/3 of the way back), but the line moved very quickly! Our food was prepared quickly, and the staff, especially a man wearing apolo shirt, were courteous and reasonably friendly. The food was good, too! I would definitely recommend this place. There is astrong possibility that I'll be back in the future! Read more

Stopped here for a post workout lunch. This is an upscale casual eatery priced in line with Panera Bread. The indoor dining... area is spacious with plenty of well spaced seating. The outdoor dining area has plenty of seating as well with a fire pit whichadds a classy flare. One of those places with a chill laid back vibe where you could stay for hours getting work done on yourlaptop. For a first timer, the menu can be daunting with it's plethora of options. The staff was friendly, efficient, andquick. My order was ready in a flash. Food is good! Read more

Overall good fresh looking food, but a small issue. At the end , by the cash register they store the chopped”fresh” herbs... and nuts. There is a small tong to place the cilantro on your bowl but my cashier grabbed it with her gloved hand( right aftershe punched my order in on the computer/ cash register). Gross. It turned out the cilantro was also mostly rancid, blackenedand slimy. Luckily it was just one clump on top of my bowl and I was able to scoop it off and enjoy the rest of my bowl. Afterwatching my cashier use her unsanitary although gloved hand to scoop my cilantro I did not want to leave a tip. It was awkwardthen to not choose one of the suggested tips. I usually tip 20% or more, this is my only time only tipping $1 this whole year. I have no problem with suggested tips, I believe the workers deserve good tips as long as they do a decent job.
