Haven?t had a Big Mac since I was a kid and my mom would take us after our piano lessons so yesterday with my husband gone for... the day, I thought I?d try one. Uh! Bread stale and cheese not melted. Whole sand which was cold. I brought it home to see ifmicrowaving would help. That brought it slightly back to ?better?. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever went to. You wait 10 minutes drive thru to order and if you go in to order you have to... order thru the kiosk machine and the associates don't pay any mind to there client the don't greet you to do any orders. I havebeen standing her for 15 minutes already I order my food thru your kiosk machine bow I am stuck here for God knows how longbecause now I can leave until I get my food because it's already paid for. I wish I could give zero stars. Unfriendly, uncaring staff who don't care about customers. Definitely save yourself the hassle... and go to the drive thru. The lobby is disgusting most days and uncared for. The wait in the lobby tonight exceeded 30 mins andthe staff and management could care less. But the drive thru was making progress so that's clearly the way to go. Food issloppily made and often not what you actually ordered. If they make an error though don't worry you can go back around and getin line before they will help you again. Ice cream machine never works. Always out of stock of something. Incompetent staff. Waited literally 20+ minutes at the order screen after a girl says she'll be right with me. All I ordered in... the app was a drink. She never returned, nor did anyone else on staff. Line never moved and grew so long it wrapped around thebuilding and onto the road. Many people, including me, bailed. No explanation. Officially the worst in the area. Long waits, incorrect orders, and once I was forced out of the drive thru line when the... manager told me she wasn?t taking mobile orders because of staffing problems. She said I had to cancel my order and drive aroundthe building again to reorder! But I concede the drive thru workers are very good, I wonder about the leadership and theconnection to low staffing. We went there for a drive through order today just after 8 pm. The people who work here seem to hate their job. Especially, the... curly hair, thin looking person who was providing food at the drive through was ill mannered and seemed to have no respect forcustomers. I was thinking that I am sorry that you hate your job, but that is not my fault. Learn some manners and be respectfulto customers...that is all what we need in addition to our food. Read more
Ordered from the kiosk. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Order came out and 2 people were given the wrong items. Went back... and the replacement item for 1 was even wrong. Manager was heard yelling I should have called in sick. Then another employeeasked if bacon egg and cheese biscuits were actually cooked. Read more
I was waiting in line at drive thru for 10-15 minutes after placing my order. I ordered 4 sandwiches and a well done hash brown....
