Normally I love sweet frog.Great frozen yogurt and service.Hiwever their hours posted are incorrect.The sign on the door... indicates sweet frog is open on Sundays at 12:00 but they were still closed and it was past noon when I got there.Obviouslytheir hours changed and are too lazy to update their business sign.Very unprofessional!!! Super Meh. Totally love sweet frog, love the self service and the overall experience- except for this last time I went. Walked... into sweet frog with multiple customers sitting at the tables but zero employees around. I had to scream into the back roommultiple times to get the employee to ring us up- maybe she was having a bad day but she was extremely quiet, announced thewrong total, and lacked in customer service skills overall. The stations were pretty sad as the fruit was lookin yucky, itwasn?t exactly clean, but the frozen yogurt itself was okay. I love some sweet frog, but the vestal location was veryunenthusiastic. Store is very clean and bright. Full range of different flavors and many colored toppings to choice from. Staff very friendly... and professional. Would recommend anytime for a tasty treat! Read more
This was our first time at a SweetFrog. This is a frozen (fruit) yogurt place that you can put on any toppings (gummy bears,... Oreo cookies, candy, syrup, etc.) on your ice cream of your choice. The ice cream is obtained from various machines that youcan choose from and is collected in different sized bowls. The cost of the ice cream is determined by weight so be aware of thetoppings chosen. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean and well maintained. They take cash and cards at thistime. Read more

Build-your-own froyo place. Good yogurt with lots of flavours, even with one or two machines frequently not working. They also... have vanilla and chocolate ice cream and rotating sorbet in addition to the rotating frozen yogurt flavours. Lots of toppings topile on. They charge by weight and it's a bit expensive for what you get since the toppings jack up the weight by more thanyou'd expect. In my experience the staff has been neither outstanding nor terrible, they generally seem well-intentioned ifslightly tired or confused, basically what you'd expect from high school kids making minimum wage. We came here the last two times and the service was TERRIBLE! The employees are super rude. The place is dirty. They don't give... out samples anymore with the excuse of Covid, but yet give change back without gloves. It used to be my favorite place, but itwent downhill!!! Read more
