Went against my theory that you never go they any drive thru because they 100% of the tome screw up the drive thru. This is an... all time screw up. My $8 bowl of chicken tortilla soup was a combo bowl mix of chicken noodle soup and chicken tortilla soup.Confirms my belief that you get out of the car and go inside all restaurants, but especially one the combines 2 soups into onebowl and pawns it off as one. I ordered on app, for pickup. I was waiting in the designated pickup area for my food. An employee came over and told me and few... other customers that it would be easier for them (him) if we moved over to the counter. We all migrated that direction, only tobe in the way of those trying to order, as well as those taking orders. Many individuals came in, inquiring about their orders(I assume curbside) and the timeliness of them. I overheard the manager explaining to one patron how they were extremely busy, and backed up, yet they continued to take order via all available methods. Never once was I or any of the individuals who hadwaited an extended period of time inside offered any condolences or explanation of delay. They continued to fire out orders forcurbside and drive through, stuffing bags with some sort of coupons. I saw a few people pick up food, go outside, come backinside because something was wrong, and end up stuck virtually starting over on their wait. Unfortunately, when my name wascalled, I didn't check my order for accuracy, and it was wrong. I wasn't going to go through all that mess for a new largedrink. But where I was left most disappointed was with the quality of food I was given. In my 12 pack of nuggets, a largeportion of them were mis-shaped and full of gristle. And they all tasted like burnt oil. Not the standard I expect fromChick-fil-A or any other establishment that charges $10+ for a combo. Read more

Food is good but service is very hit or miss. Sometimes it is amazing and very quick, other times it is a complete mess, slow... and terrible. Have literally had multiple instances ordering an ice cream cone, being stuck in line, and they made it tooquickly, and offer it to me dripping everywhere making a mess. Best time to go is during any non peak time, as a rush seems tocause issues. Read more

Update: Getting better all the time! An easy four stars. Original: This is among the black sheep of CFA's I have visited, but I... keep going back so I can't hit them too hard. Among the dings through my last few visits are being handed a melted milkshake, several rounds of missing kids' meal toys, seemingly triple-salted fries, and a dine-in experience for an early breakfast withwhat had to be a full day's worth of crumbs and scraps around the table. Carryout service is slow enough that I'll say I havearrived a full ten minutes before I actually do. I genuinely believe they'll figure it out, the operator's a nice guy who is notabove washing his own windows. A couple more rounds of training and two seasoned shift managers will do wonders here.
