Don?t ask a customer to ?please wait? at the drive thru speaker before ordering when NOBODY is waiting in line and there are two... more fast food locations directly adjacent to your location. F?n idiots. I?m not sure what?s going on with management is thesedays but to say there?s been a decline in service is an understatement. Having every employee stop what they?re doing to loadthe Zax catering van is one of the dumbest things I?ve ever seen. Edit to add: 10/2/22 - We gave the location another chanceand looks like not much has changed. 4 orders placed and problems with all 4 orders. Fries were cold, boneless wings were rockhard like they?ve been under a heat lamp all afternoon, salad was wilted, AND no salad dressing was included with the order. $55wasted. Edit to add: 10/27/22 - Glutton for punishment but why not try again? Great 8 Boneless Wing Meal was ordered in thedrive-thru and it only had 5 boneless wings in it, maybe 10-12 fries, AND the drink was only 3/4 full. Called back and asked tospeak to the manager only to deal with some rude Karen that wanted to know who I was (my response was, a customer) to which shereplied she didn?t know if she could find a manager or not. I love zaxby's, I love their salads, and I love their wimpy sauce. I'm disappointed that they got rid of the Buffalo chicken... salad but I still make my own and order the Wimpy sauce on the side. Upgrade to their new app they have a better point systemnow and you get a free Zack pack. I went to the drive-thru around 12:30 and there was only one person in front of me.
