I?ve been to Chopt at The Summit many times and loved it. Just went to the Vestavia location tonight. I ordered online about an... hour before close. I got home and my salad had NO DRESSING! I was so sad. It also wasn?t chopped up nice like it usually is atthe Summit. It hardly had any chicken or anything in it. I?m so disappointed. If they ran out of dressing they could?ve at leasttold me so I could choose another on the side. Read more

This is probably the worst Chopt location I have ever been to. My order is consistently wrong when I place mobile orders. And... when I ask employees to correct it, they become very exasperated and act as though they have done me a favor by getting my orderwrong because it seems better to them. They will substitute products without asking you first. Save yourself the irritation andjust drive to the Summit. Read more

Delicious, FRESH salad bowls!! Lots of variety and selection of toppings. You can add light to heavy dressing and they mix the... salad + dressing before serving you. Clean, bright dining area and the staff from cashier, sever, to bussed were all veryfriendly. Will be coming back!! Read more

I tried Chopt for the first time tonight as a to go order . I ordered the Santa Fe Salad without meat. It was very tasty and... flavorful. However , I ordered it without meat, so it was a little frustrating to see meat in my salad. Second, I ordered a sideof bread & it was not in my bag. I will go back again, but be sure to double check my order before leaving. I gave 4 starsbecause it included meat and no bread. Which is opposite of what I ordered. Read more
