DUSTIN is his name and he is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He is a disgrace to the brand the way he was talking to... us. He hung up on us and told us because we have had consistent issues with our deliveries that we were the common denominatorin the mix and as a result the issue was us!!!!!! Can you believe this. I have never in my life. God Bless you sir and Ihonestly pray that good things come to you, but stay away from customer service, NOW! It?s a joke to call such a person amanager and it honestly looks bad on the upper level guys because it says that they can?t hire competent help. Goodnight. Read more
I review tons of pizza joints and Donato's can make a very good pie. I had the Founders Favorite and it was really good. Banana... peppers provided the perfect amount of kick. The pepperoni was great, but the sausage was just ok. Sauce / crust were good, nocomplaints there at all. I ordered right after an annoying lady complained, but the very friendly lady working the counterbounced right back after dealing with the obnoxious customer and was just really nice. The order was ready nice and quick, whichwas great after travelling all day. I also got the cinnamon bread, which was delightfully sweet. Definitely not good for mywaistline, but it was yummy and I recommend it! Keep up the good work Donato's, I'll be back next time I'm in town! Read more
The "Hot Chicken Pizza" was really good but the "Salty Caramel Apple Pie was finger licking good! Great service! My only issue... was the restroom. There is only one toilet. But it was very clean and wheelchair accessible. Read more
Historically we have had a good experience however tonight was different. My wife stopped in to order a pizza to go.... Unfortunately the staff was not helpful and quite frankly just rude. When did it become unacceptable to ask how much your pizzawill cost while giving your order ? Don't know if they have changed management/ownership but as of tonight we are done. Read more
