Wonderful service and a group of smiling employees. Everyone had such upbeat attitudes. The store was clean and well stocked.... Bathrooms were spotless. Noise level was very low inside. Food was hot and order was exactly as we wanted. Ham and cheese wastoo hot to eat so I went to the hot fries while I waited. Hamburgers were fresh and hot too. I ordered a Big Hot Ham & Cheese combo on a seeded bun, but received the "mini version". In preceding visits, it has always been... a BIG sandwich with alternating layers of meat and cheese which protruded outside of the bun (regardless of being regular orseeded bun). I went in and asked the nice lady behind the counter if this was the BIG or regular version. She got the attentionof a guy behind the food chute who said it definitely was the big version. He explained it was "due to the way the meat wasgiven to them by the manufacturer". I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. It was not possible seehis name tag because he never came out to the counter. However, the nice lady at the counter did apologize. The manager made noattempt to make this right, so I left and will probably never come back to this location. When I started eating the sandwich inmy car, I found 90% of the cheese was in the wrapper where I was holding the sandwich, so I just threw it out and wentelsewhere. Rudest "manager" I've ever seen. After waiting in line to order, the new cashier didn't know how to ring up my order. She... said it was her 2nd day there and no one had trained her. She was almost in tears, very apologetic, and kept trying to callthe manager over, but he was too busy, apparently. I called him over. He was extremely rude to me. Saturday May 8, 2021 7:30 pm. I made a special trip to try the Angus Burger. I was disappointed in the poor quality of the... burger and the fries were cold. Wait is always ridiculously long, food is only edible about 1 out of 5 times. I don?t know what is the problem with this... location, but it always makes me wish I?d had passed it by for something. Other Hardee?s have amazing breakfast. This was cold,out of basics like Coke, and a slow witted child on the register. Save yourself the annoyance and go any where else. Read more
I wouldn't recommend this Hardee's to my worst enemy. Worst food I've had in a long time. I am shocked I haven't thrown up yet.... Its still early though, it has only been 2 hours since eating it. Gross is an understatement. Besides that the customer servicewas missing. I ordered my whole order after being asked to and she confirmed 1 meal and asked what was after that and I repliedthe whole order. She missed 2 other meals and an extra sandwich for my dog and mind you she wouldn't touch her roast beef. Wasteof time and money. STAY AWAY if you want food that isn't literal garbage. Read more
Food was fresh. Service was horrible, due to the fact that i ordered before 7 other people and every single one got their food... and left before me. I ordered a sausage biscuit and cinnamon roll. The cashier proceeded to start taking orders again, ignoringthat i was standing there. Another girl who was working, finally looked at me and was wondering why i was still standingthere...
