Love the food, the cleanliness and the preparation. They need to add, extra add and remove, options to the delivery menu and/or... whether you want oil and vinegar on the side or on the sandwich. Read more
The workers were super rude and acted like they didn?t want to be there. When I asked for something specific she gave me... attitude and said no. I ended up walking out and not placing an order at all because of how the workers were. I have hadpleasant experiences at other jersey mikes and will not be returning to this location. Awesome place to have lunch, clean, beautiful ambience, highly recommended.
I cannot believe the condition of this place. I walked in simply getting a sub for the first time ever at Jersey Mike's. As I... came in, there was food and on the floor and also the cooking area was very unclean. There were also flies flying around thelettuce, tomatoes and the condiments for the subs, without any type of covering on it. The guy fixed my sub and it tasted likeold mop water. The grill was not cleaned and there was no care to even clean it. I paid for my sub because I did not want anyproblems, but I definitely did not enjoy it. Actually, I took two bites of it and threw it in the garbage. Money wasted! I wouldnot recommend going to this place not even on your worst day! Read more
Typically this jersey mikes is an easy 5 star. Although today something was off, and no it wasn?t a simple fix like the meat to... condiment ratio or bad bread. Everything seemed to be lacking including the fresh cut meats. I am thoroughly disappointednonetheless I will still be an avid jersey mikes fan. Read more
Update: My review of this place has gone from 5 to 1 Star. Over the past couple of months the service has gone way, way down.... Every order we have placed online has not been ready when we arrive AND we wait longer than if we had just ordered at thecounter. The last order we waited 30 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. We had already paid online so wewaited. I do not see us going back to this location. We were ordering online at least 3 or 4 times a month. I see from the pastseveral reviews we are not alone. ------------------------------------- This place makes a great sandwich. Everything is alwaysso fresh. The app makes ordering very convenient. We can place an order with the app including payment and then we just stop by10-15 minutes later and they hand us our sandwiches and we are back out the door in 30 seconds or less. This location is alsoeasy to get in and out. Read more
As far as I see it Jersey Mike's puts the most meat and fixings on a sub than anybody in town and they are very delicious
