We just walked up at 5 till 7pm and the guy jumps over the counter, runs and locks the door before we can come in. "We are... closed he says." Will never come here again. Read more

They get 1 star because the feta wrap and bacon egg was delicious..the customer service was great! But fake..My husband stood 10... minutes for 2 waters and I spoke to the cashier about it and he just lied to get back to his phone..I will not go back to thislocation..they act as if you don't order a coffee they get offended and don't care..They lucky it was free..They waste a drinkon a customer and did not clean it or put a wet floor sign..smh..I should have slipped and Got Paid! I will not recommend thislocation but its Starbucks..it won't affect them.. Read more

Went in to pick up my mobile order. My drink was incorrect - without pumpkin cold foam. I stated that it was missing the foam... and I was told with attitude that they don?t have pumpkin anymore, yet I paid for it and wasn?t offered a substitute? So, Iasked if I could I get a refund/remake the drink and she snapped back that I would have to call corporate to get my money backand that they can?t fix the app. I understand that things are out of the employee?s s control. But I wasn?t asked how it couldbe made right. I was met with attitude and unprofessionalism when I paid for something that I didn?t get. I didn?t walk in withan attitude. I managed retail for 15 years, I always keep my cool and am kind. Another young brunette was very kind and offeredsuggestions for what else I could get and they would remake my drink because she saw how rude her coworker was & that I wasclearly aggravated. Her response is what I?ve always experienced when going into a Starbucks. Some of the people here need tobe reassessed, short staffed or not. I asked to speak to a manager while I was in the store but they didn?t have one? So I optedto write a review instead. Read more
