I want to start off by saying the environment was awesome and the staff was all very nice. I loved the fenced in patio area and... all the TVs! Frozen slushies- yes! The food however needs a lot of improvement. The chicken was so spicy I don?t know how anychildren would eat it. The Mac and cheese?just not good. The cheese biscuits were dry. I ordered the chicken and waffles and itcame with 1 chicken finger. So $14 for a waffle and 1 chicken finger. My husband ordered a chicken plate and it came with 3small potato wedges. For the amount of money we spent on dinner I expected to have a little bit bigger portion. Way overpricedfor too little portions. I know this place is brand new so hopefully they will make some improvements. Read more
After hearing the great hype I picked up my girlfriend from her office 2 minutes away. Ordering was easy. Unfortunately, we... were up charged $3 for onion rings and received 4 total. We ordered and charged for 5 chicken tenders and received 3 1/4. Myfowl sandwich was very good, but my fries were soft and cold. Disappointing experience for what we paid. Read more
This is a great Chicken place! Variety of items, not just fingers like Zaxbys. Love the cheese biscuits and the potato wedges.... Great sauce options, especially the honey mustard! Read more
Awesome place!! The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is some of the best I?ve ever seen! We have been here... 3 times since they opened and each time they have gone out of their way to make it a great experience. I am very impressed! Read more
We had the chicken finger plate with mac and cheese and slaw, and a pulled chicken sandwich with potato wedges with lemonade to... drink. The lemonade was delicious and tasted fresh. The chicken fingers were really good and a good size. I could only eat 3 ofthem. The mac and cheese was fabulous. Definitely homemade. The slaw was vinegar based, so my husband ate it (I hate vinegar)and he said it was good except for the bacon that was in it. He said it gave it a weird taste-and he loves all things bacon. Hereally enjoyed his pulled chicken sandwich and said the white sauce was really good. Overall, it was a good meal. It was hard toget refills on drinks and there was no beer at the time of our visit. Those are the reasons it didn't get 5 stars. We will beback once beer is being served. Read more
This place smelled like burnt chicken when we walked in, and we should not have ordered. The chicken was very overcooked. $40... for two meals that we threw most of it away. It was also very smoky and made my eyes water. Not to even mention they did noteven serve beer yet? They have not received their license to sell alcohol. Still in the opening phases where staff are in training and the bar isn?t open yet, but the staff were friendly and the food was... good. The atmosphere is pretty cool as well with lots of TVs for watching sports on the weekends. We?ll definitely be comingback in the near future to try out some other items on the menu Read more
I normally don't leave reviews after a first visit but this time I will make the rare exception due to my experience being so... outstanding and exceptional. Timothy absolutely showed me the highest hospitality I have ever received in a QSR restaurant. Thefood was really outstanding. I had the pulled chicken sandwich "The Roost" with a side of onion rings and Collards and sometheir sauces. Wow! Is all I can say. The collards I think were the best I think I have ever had. The chicken sandwich is notjust something you can make at home. It is a special recipe that differentiates it from anything else in the chicken market. Butthe best of all is the warm welcome that the staff gave me. It truly made my day. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Read more
