The 2 stars is for the food because it was good, but I was distracted by the slaves picking cotton on the picture beside me. Not... only is this disrespectful to the black employees, it?s insensitive to the black customers. It?s 2022, we HAVE to get with thetimes? Sat down in the lounge, enjoyed the holiday decorations. The drinks were poured well and service was top notch. The meals looked... great well cooked and tasted wonderful. I left there so stuffed I had to move slow. More than enough food in an order to fillyou up. Read more
We ate late but Beechwood delivered. Steaks were cooked to order perfectly and tasted great. Didn't care for the dipping sauce... for the steak. It was sweet and was Lil like terriaki flavor. 2 steaks were ordered and chicken tenders cost was around $120.Ouch! Great visit overall. Read more
We wanted a non chain restaurant and this place was a second recommended behind Rustys.. since it was open we tried it. What a... mistake! I had the catfish and baked potatoes. The catfish was actually good, however the potatoes was not hot enough to meltbutter and the tarter sauce was terrible. The salad was mediocre as was the crab cakes and shrimp that the family had. All toldthis was $68 dollars that would have served us better at a chain.. sad but true. Not recommended. Read more

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience here. We waited over 2 hours for our meal. The wait staff said they were having... technical issues with their computers but he was not very attentive or apologetic to our table during this long wait. They alsodid not bring out anything to nibble on in the meantime. We asked to see a manager and no one came. Eventually someone in ourparty personally sought out the manager and they simply said I?m sorry I don?t know what happened. In the end they did discountour meals but it was quite a frustrating experience. The food was good but not excellent. A few of the steaks we ordered werechewy rather than tender. Some folks in our party have been to this restaurant many times and they expressed that they had neverhad a experience like this before, so hopefully it was just an off night. Great food, great service! Filet was cooked perfectly, vegetables were seasoned perfectly! Service was exceptional, very... friendly, and kept making sure we had everything. My only issue was in the bar area where we were sitting I kept getting hitwith smells of what seemed to be the bathroom. Read more
